Services

Five things, and you can buy any one of them.

Most people start with a plate on the counter and add the monthly side once they see reviews arriving. Nothing here requires anything else here.

Review tap plates

The thing on the counter that starts everything else.

We build the review link, program the plate, test it on a real phone in your shop, agree where it lives, and show your staff how to point at it. Every customer sees the same plate and the same public Google review page — we do not filter anyone out, and we would not work with anyone who asked us to.

  • NFC tap and QR code, so no phone is left out
  • Linked and tested before we leave
  • Placement plan for your counter or checkout
  • Replacements if one gets damaged

Review replies

Every review answered, none of them by a machine acting alone.

New reviews are picked up automatically and a reply is drafted in your voice. Someone here reads every draft before it goes anywhere — the tone, the facts, whether it should be answered at all. Negative reviews are flagged the day we see them, with a response ready to go, because the gap between a complaint and a reputation is mostly how fast you answered.

  • A draft for every new review
  • A human approves each one before you see it
  • One- and two-star reviews flagged same day
  • Your voice, not a template

Google Business Profile

The listing most owners set up once and never open again.

Categories drift, hours go stale over a holiday, services change and the description still describes the business from three years ago. We set it up properly and then keep it current — which is work we can promise, unlike a position in search results, which nobody can.

  • Created or claimed, and verified
  • Categories, services, description and hours
  • Photos and posts added on your behalf
  • Checked and corrected every month

Monthly reputation report

One page. Two minutes. What actually changed.

At the start of each month you get a short report: your rating, how many reviews came in, what customers kept mentioning, and how that compares with the month before. Every number in it is computed from your real reviews, and every quote in it is a real sentence a real customer wrote — if it is not, the report does not go out.

  • Rating and review count, month over month
  • What customers actually mentioned, in their words
  • A before-and-after baseline from the day we started
  • Read and approved by a person before it is sent

Websites and local SEO

For when the profile is fine and the website is the problem.

A site that loads fast on a phone, says plainly what you do and where, and gives Google something real to index. We build it, we host it, and we keep it running. Priced on what the business actually needs — from $200 to build, $79/month to host and look after.

  • Built for phones first
  • Written to say what you do and where you do it
  • Hosting, updates and backups handled
  • No contract on the monthly

Start with whichever one is bothering you.

Tell us about the business. If the honest answer is that you need a $40 plate and nothing else, that is the answer you will get.

Prices are before sales tax, which is calculated by address at checkout.
